Describe the destination, dates, travelers, and the planning details you already know. Roamotter starts from that context; it does not ask you to rebuild a master checklist from scratch.
The result is a preparation workspace with a small Next view, supporting tasks, and a flexible plan for activities the owner chooses.
See the decision, the reason, and the limit
A recommendation names the next action in plain language and explains the timing or dependency behind it. When information is incomplete, the limitation stays visible instead of being hidden behind a confident instruction.
Roamotter can suggest what to review. It does not book, pay, cancel, or certify a source for you.
Keep changes reviewable
When plans change, Roamotter prepares a proposed delta: what may be added, removed, or revised. The owner reviews that exact change before anything is applied.
That keeps a plan useful as details move without quietly overwriting the organizer’s choices.
