Timing is deterministic where it can be
Roamotter ranks eligible preparation actions using explicit timing, consequence, and dependency rules. The same inputs produce the same order, which makes the priority easier to inspect and test.
A high rank alone is never an emergency. The interface reserves urgent language for a real, explained consequence.
Recommendations state their reason
Every meaningful recommendation needs a plain-language explanation. The organizer should be able to tell whether the action is driven by a date, a missing detail, a dependency, or a change in the trip.
Where evidence has freshness or authority limits, Roamotter presents those limits alongside the recommendation instead of treating a suggestion as a fact.
The traveler keeps mutation authority
Roamotter can prepare structured proposed changes. It does not silently alter a trip, book inventory, route travelers, or make payment decisions.
That division makes the system a planning partner rather than an unreviewable automation layer.
