Plan a flexible trip without scheduling every minute

Roamotter is a flexible travel planner that gives chosen activities enough structure to coexist while keeping the organizer in control.

Start with activities you actually want to do

Roamotter works from activities the organizer has already selected. It does not fill every day with generated suggestions, turn an idea into a commitment, or imply that a plan is a reservation.

Add the activities that matter, keep uncertain options unscheduled, and protect fixed commitments before asking for help arranging the trip.

Let AI propose broad windows—not take control

Roamotter can propose a sparse draft using morning, afternoon, evening, or all-day windows. It can leave an activity unscheduled when there is no credible fit instead of forcing the calendar full.

The draft shows what would be placed, moved, left open, or flagged for attention. Nothing changes until the owner reviews the exact delta and applies it.

Keep free time and alternatives visible

A sparse plan is not an unfinished plan. Deliberate free time gives a trip room for energy, weather, travel friction, and discoveries that are not knowable in advance.

When a flexible activity has an owner-chosen backup, Roamotter can keep that option visible without treating both activities as commitments or switching them automatically.
